Paul Salmon has been a successful professional athlete, media personality & businessman in Australia for over 30 years. A 2009 inductee into the Australian Football League “Hall of Fame”, he retired at 37 years of age as a 324 game player with 2 AFL Premierships & as a 7-time leading goal kicker for the Essendon FC. A 3-time All Australian who won state representation for the ‘Big V’ 14 times, Paul also won 2 Hawthorn FC Club Champion awards, has been inducted into the Hawthorn FC ‘Team of the Century’, Essendon FC ‘Hall of Fame’ plus gained selection as a 20th century ‘Champion of Essendon’ at selection 26.
Paul was named Victorian ‘Father of the Year’ & also the AFL ‘Personality of the Year’ in 2000. His media credits include hosting Sporstworld & the Grand Final ‘Footy Marathon’ for Channel 7. He was a regular on the Midday Show with Kerri-Ann Kennerley, hosted ‘Time out for Serious Fun’ with Kate Fischer & also the Logies ‘Red Carpet’ for the 9 Network.
A business owner/operator since the age of 19, Paul has been the founder & company Director of 4 innovative, successful start-ups & is currently the Founder/CEO of Sit Less Pty Ltd, makers of the Askisi Station 720, the leading height adjustable desk for students K-12.
